Program leadership/management professionals working in drug development may be responsible for bringing program proposals and changes through their organization’s governance process. Effective presentations ensure that a governance body is able to make timely decisions to move the asset to the next development stage (or not). This session will explore how effective presentations are a way to bring value to the to drug development process and help bring new treatments to the market.
